I believe this is a complete set of Associated (Tidewater) maps covering the state of California from 1927 to 1965. I believe that the 1946 and 1952 Associated Maps of California do not exist, but I could be wrong. In the early years, specifically 1932, 1933-34 and 1936-37 Associated modified maps with the addition of stickers and overprints. These maps are featured on the top line of the prewar map board. In 1932 Associated changed their logo from the "Oil Can" to the "Flying A" and placed a Flying A sticker over the Oil Can on the back of the map. Then in 1933 I can only guess they ordered too many maps, so they placed a 1934 sticker over the 1933 on some of the 1933 maps. Then in 1937 they did an overprint on the 1936 calender on the 1936 California map with a 1937 calendar. In 1937 I have included an Arizona Map that is different from the 1936 map. Associated did not publish a 1937 California map like the 1937 Arizona map. There may be more of these overprints and stickers in the early years that I have not found.
